Q: Is parking free or is there a fee?
A: Yes, parking at Silver creek is free. You turn before you get to the parking attendant.
Q: Can I check in early or check out late?
A: Unfortunately we typically do not have the availability for early or check out late due to other guests coming in.
Q: Is there a restaurant on premises?
A: Yes. The locker room Sports Bar is on site and has a wonderful menu. Please visit our section on other local resteraunts as well.

Q: Is there a pool and hot tub?
A: Yes, there is a wonderful and relaxing pool and hot tub, typically open until 9-10PM.
Q: Where can I keep my skis?
A: We have a ski rack right in your unit so there is no concern about your skis being misplaced.
Q: Are we provided with towels and linens?
A: Yes, you are provided towels and can be exchanged for clean towels with housekeeping. All linens are provided and cleaned between guests.
Q: Can I get a discount?
A: We offer discounts to front line workers and military personnel(5% discount). Please message us so we can provide this discount.
Q: Can we cook in the condo?
A: Absolutely! we have a full stocked kitchen with plenty of cookware and utensils.
Q: Do you provide coffee?
A: We provide a coffee machine but no actual coffee. Due to COVID, we are unable to leave any opened products. Coffee can be purchased at one of the nearby stores.
Q: Do you provide any spices?
A: Unfortunately, Due to COVID, we are unable to leave any opened products including spices.
Q: I accidentally took your _________. Do you want me to send it back?
A: Please contact us and let us know and we can direct you on what to do.
Q: I accidentally broke ____________. Will I be charged?
A: Please contact us and let us know and we can direct you on what to do. It really depends on the cost of the object.
Q: I am not 25 years old, can someone book for me?
A: Unfortunately no. Someone staying with you must be 25 years old. If you are caught lying about this, you will be kicked out of the property without a refund.
Q: Do you provide soap and shampoo?
A: Yes, you are provided with a starter kit that should be sufficient.
Q: Is there anything we need to do before our check-in?
A: 1)Buy ski lift and rental tickets, they sell out 2) Check out our guidebook for all of the information you will need 3)Get ready for some fun!
Q: I left my __________at your property. Can I pick it up, or can you ship it?
A: Sure, we can send it you and let you know how much shipping is.
Q: We checked out, but can we leave our luggage at your property?
A: Unfortunately no. But, you can park and keep your stuff in the car and enjoy skiing while you wait to check in.
Q: Is there wifi?
A: Yes, we have fast wifi. The information will be sent to you prior to arrival.
Q: What is he security deposit for?
A: The security deposit is in case you break something. It will be returned within a few days of check out. Security deposit will be held 2 days before arrival (just a hold). Payment released in 7 days.
Q: Is there Laundry in the building?
A: There is coin-operated laundry on the 1st floor.
Q: Minimum night requirement?
A: 2 night minimum. 1 night allowed if no booking within 48 hours.
